Introduction to E-visa services
Welcome to the application for Vietnamese visa. VisaVietnamonlines is pleased to announce that you belong to the countries of our Vietnam e-tourism visa program.
The electronic visa program is regulated by the Government of Vietnam and applied in the Government Decree No. 07/2017/ ND-CP dated 01/02/2017.

I. Process:
1. You provide my passport scanner and 4x6 portrait scans (you can do it right on VisaVietnamonlines.com).
2. Check your information to ensure absolute accuracy, follow the step-by-step instructions at our application and pay the visa fee.
3. An electronic visa is issued for one month of entry for a period of 30 days.
4. Time to do 2-3 business days.

II. Advantages when you use a visa VietNam:
1. When you have an electronic visa you have the right to enter through one of the following international border gates:
International air gate:
International road border
International sea port.
2. You have a Vietnam visa you do not need to declare your entry and other information.
3. Fast turnaround time, convenient.
4. You do not need to pay any extra costs at the international border gate when entering Vietnam.

III. Countries where electronic visas are applied:
Citizens of 40 countries have been granted pilot e-visas including Azerbaijan, Argentina, Armenia, Ireland, Poland, Belarus, Bulgaria, Brunei, Korea, Germany, Chile, Colombia, the Czech Republic and Cuba. Denmark, East Timor, USA, Hungary, Greece, Italy, Kazakhstan, Russia, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Myanmar, Mongolia, Japan, Panama, Peru, Finland, France, Philippines, Romania, Spain, Sweden China, not Uruguay, Venezuela, Norway and Slovakia.

IV. Especially note you:
1. This program applies only to Vietnamese tourist visas with a total stay of no more than 30 days.
2. The program applies only to citizens who do not have criminal records, transnational crimes, not violating the laws of Vietnam in previous visits.
3. When you are denied an electronic visa market you will not be refunded the visa fees paid to us.
4. We recommend your honesty will help us to provide you with an electronic visa.

Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay (L, D)
Am: Our pick up time is from 8h00 to 8h30, then depart your hotel for 3.5 hours driving, passing the Red River and the country side of the delta to reach Halong Bay. Board the Phoenix Luxury and sip on a welcome drink before checking in your cabin then begin your cruise through the bay.
 
Pm: A delicious lunch would be served while you are cruising among hundreds of islands and gorgeously natural settings, limestone bedrocks and sheer cliffs of tiny islets. You will pass by Duck and Thumb islets, then Coconut Island - the only soil island in the World Heritage Site. 
 
When the boat stops at Luom Bo area, you’ll kayak in the turquoise waters of Cat Ba National Park and it is optional to swim on the sandy beach of the Coconut Island. As the sun sets, relax and enjoy our happy hour as we keep cruising to Fairy Lake (Ho Dong Tien) area and anchor for the night. 
 
Day 2: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L)
Am: Early risers would love to experience some relaxing Tai Chi on our upper deck, create and enjoy an oasis of calm in Halong Bay with no distractions of worldly concerns. This morning you will visit the most imposing grottos of the bay – Surprising (Sung Sot) Cave. 
 
On our way back, your group would have fun learning how to make real Vietnamese’s spring rolls before a wholesome lunch as the boat weaves through strange-shaped rock formations, passing by famous islands highlighted with fanciful names: Fighting Cocks (symbol of Halong Bay), Incense Burner, and Stone Dogs.
 
Pm: Arrive back at the Tuan Chau International Marina, your driver take you back to Hanoi. Trip ends at your hotel around 17h00.
Tips: For your own convenience during a 2 day trip, please kindly leave your big suitcases at your hotel. Your receptionist would be delighted to keep your stuffs in their storage until you come back next day.

  • Children from 4 up to 8 years old:
-          Sharing bed with adult will be charged 50% adult price
-          Sharing cabin with adult will be charged 70% adult price
  • 9 years old and older will be charged as adults
  • Two children under 9 years old sharing a cabin will be charged 75% of the full cabin rate
 
Compulsory diners:
  • Surcharge US$ 45 (945,000 VND) per person for compulsory dinner on following periods: December 24th, 2013, December 31st, 2013, Jan 30th, 2014
 
NOTE : What to bring on your 2 days / 1 nights Halong Cruise:
 
  • A valid passport
  • Water and snacks
  • Hat, sunglasses, swimming suite, eco-friendly sunscreen, beach towel
  • Changing clothes
  • Warm clothes in winter, really
  • Comfortable shoes/sandals for visits and hikes
  • Money for drinks (major credit cards accepted too)
  • Important notes about our 3 days / 2 nights Halong Cruise:
  • Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Swimming or kayaking excursions may be cancelled due to poor weather. Unused services are not subject to a refund.
  • As passengers will be pick up from various locations; as the transfer to and from Halong City depends on road conditions; and as the cruise departure depends on the port authorities’ green light, we might have to apologies for waiting times.
  • Onboard, Vietnamese dishes made of fresh seasonal products and seafood are served for lunches and dinners. Guests should advise of allergies or dietary requirements at the moment of the booking.
  • Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by port authority.
  • For your own convenience, please kindly leave your large suitcase in your hotel storage.
  • 3G network is not available in the southern part of the bay (kayaking spots in Lan Ha bay)
  • Halong Phoenix Cruiser will not take responsibility for loss and theft. For your peace of mind, please use the safe box located in your cabin.
