This visa is for people who are coming to Vietnam for business purposes. It is categorized as type DN visa. A business visa is normally valid for three months including single or multiple entry visas. We make business visa application for all nationalities.
Why should you make business visa application online via our website?
This is the cheapest, fastest and most secure way to apply for Vietnam visa.
Firstly, easy procedure: The applicants don't have to provide any documents like original passport. You just fill out “online visa application form” with correct details of the visa information including: full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number and exactly date for arrival (you can just enter Vietnam later but not earlier than the approved date). After that confirm and make online payment for the service fee (by credit cards via PayPal)
Secondly, save time: After 2 working days (normal processing), 1 working day (urgent processing) or in 4 hours(emergency processing) we will complete the progress and send you the visa approval letter via email, Copies of the same document will be forwarded on your behalf to Vietnam Immigration checkpoints at International Airports only. When you arrive in Viet Nam, the Immigration officers will have those documents ready and will be able to issue your entry visa quickly.
It is better than when you apply your business visa at embassy.
If applying through the embassy, the applicants have to provide some documents like original passport
+ Business travellers are required to have a sponsorship or invitation letter by a licensed Vietnamese company. This letter can come from your trade partner or your employer.
+ Fill out application form: The form must be completed, signed and attached with 01 passport sized photo.
+ Pay visa fee: Must be in the form of money order, or cashiers check, or certified check payable to the embassy of Viet Nam. Applicants applying together may submit combined payment in one money order or certified check.
+Processing time: Five business days are required to process visa applications with approval.
However, if you apply online via our website, this sponsorship letter is not required and all business visas will be processed as normal.
What are requirements for business visa application?
To get a visa for Vietnam, your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival.
On arrival date, at one of three international airports in Vietnam (Noi Bai airport, Da Nang airport, Tan Son Nhat airport), please show the printed visa approval letter, passport, 2 photos (4x6cm with white background) And pay for stamping fee in cash by VND or USD (US$25 for 3 month single entry and US$50 for 3 month multiple entry visa) to Immigration Department Officers at Landing visa area to stamp visa on your passport, you will get your Vietnam entry business visa stamped within couple of minutes.
Note:
No original passport sending is required when applying for Vietnam business visa on arrival, so applicants should make sure that all the information filled out the Visa application is correct. Once the Visa approval letter is issued, no amendment can be made. And if you wish to make any change, you must apply for a new one.
