Vietnam Evisa one month
Legal basis: Decree No. 07/2017 / ND-CP of the Government stipulating the order and procedures for pilot issuance of electronic visas for foreigners entering Vietnam from February 1, 2017.
Conditions for being granted e-visa:
Outside Vietnam foreigners;
Holding valid passport;
Not falling into the cases of suspension from entry prescribed in Article 21 of Law on foreigners' entry into, exit from, transit through, residence in Vietnam.
I. Implementation Process:
1. Visa applicants provide a 4x6 passport face scan and 4x6 portrait scans.
2. Payment of visa fee.
3. Visas issued: 1 month entry time 30 days.
4. Duration of 3 working days.
II. Advantages of electronic visa:
1. When having an electronic visa, tourists have the right to enter through one of the international border gates, such as 8 air border gates, 13 land border gates and 7 sea border gates.
2. When entering the customer does not need to declare entry as the previous entry.
3. Fast turnaround time, convenient.
4. Guests do not need to pay any additional cost when entering.
III. Countries where electronic visas are applied:
Citizens of 40 countries are granted pilot e-visas including Azerbaijan, Argentina, Armenia, Ireland, Poland, Belarus, Bulgaria, Brunei, Korea, Germany, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic and Cuba. Denmark, East Timor, USA, Hungary, Greece, Italy, Kazakhstan, Russia, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Myanmar, Mongolia, Japan, Panama, Peru, Finland, France, Philippines, Romania, Spain, Sweden Typically, China (does not apply to citizens with electronic passports), Uruguay, Venezuela, Norway and Slovakia.
General:
Vietnamese visa is a kind of travel documents granted by Vietnamese competent authorities, providing permission to travel to and enter Vietnam.
An electronic visa (E-visa) is one of visa types issued to foreigners by Vietnamese Immigration Department via electronic system. Vietnam E-visa is valid for maximum of 30 days, single entry.
Outside Vietnam foreigners who want to enter Vietnam can personally apply for E-visa or through the inviting/guaranteeing agencies and organizations.
E-visa fee is paid via electronic payment gateway as prescribed by the Immigration Department. The fee will not be refunded if the application is refused.
